Your Primate South Experience starts here...
This itinerary allows you to experience the best of what Southern Uganda has to offer, from mountain gorillas in Bwindi Forest to chimps in Kibale National Park. We have also chosen some of our favourite Ugandan properties, so that while you will be experiencing some of Africa’s finest wilderness, your journey will be extremely comfortable throughout.
To enhance your experience in Uganda, you will be accompanied by your own personal driver/guide for the duration of your stay.
Day 1
Arrival in Entebbe, Uganda and overnight at Hotel No.5.
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport you will be met by a member of the Vuga Uganda team who will transfer you by road to your lodge.

Day 2
Drive from Entebbe to Kibale for approximately 6 hours .
Depart before dawn and head to the Kibale Forest National Park headquarters for a full day’s visit to the chimpanzee habituation programme.

Day 4
Drive southwards to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park - the drive time today is about 5 hours.

Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park by road for approximately 5 hours with your guide. Night at Mihingo Lodge | Mbarara Room Type: Standard Room Meal Basis: Full Board with Massage

Drive back to the Airport for your departure flight.
